Larry McNair for Governor collects information you choose to submit through this website, including your name, email address, optional phone number, county, volunteer interests, coalition membership, messages, and communication preferences. Team access requests also collect account information for secure sign-in.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, organize volunteers and coalitions, manage campaign records, and honor your communication choices. Providing a phone number or submitting a form does not, by itself, authorize recurring text messages. Text-message consent is optional and collected separately for campaign updates and fundraising.

Mobile information and text-message consent

Mobile numbers, text-message opt-in data, and consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes sharing with service providers solely to operate the messaging program on our behalf, subject to confidentiality and restrictions on independent use. Consent is specific to Larry McNair for Governor and is not transferred to other campaigns or organizations.

When you opt in, we record your choices, the phone number provided, the consent wording and version, the signup page, and the submission time. Existing contacts are not treated as opted in without affirmative consent.

Service providers and disclosures

Authorized campaign team members and service providers may access information as necessary to store submissions, operate the website, and perform campaign activities consistent with this policy. Donations and external websites

Donation buttons take you to WinRed. This website does not collect payment card information through its contact forms. Information you submit on WinRed or other external websites is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Browser storage and security

The website uses browser storage to remember dismissal of the donation pop-up during a visit and support secure team sign-in. We restrict campaign record access to authorized team members. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and retention

You may leave the text-message checkboxes unchecked and still submit any public form. Once messaging is active, reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. To request access, correction, deletion, or a change to your communication preferences, use our contact form. We retain information as needed for campaign operations, honoring opt-outs, and legal obligations; certain consent or legal records may need to be retained.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit information about a child under 13. If you believe such information has been submitted, contact the campaign to request removal.
